About Us
Dirty traffic lanes, pet accidents, and musty odours don’t go away with a quick pass of a rental machine. We handle deep carpet cleaning in Wellington with hot water extraction also called carpet steam cleaning, precise stain and odour removal, and safe treatments that lift soil out instead of pushing it around.
With years of hands-on work in Wellington, we know the right method for each fibre and stain and we do the job the careful way every time. We pre-vacuum with a powerful High Efficiency Particulate Air system, pre-treat and agitate traffic lanes, extract with truck-mounted heat, and finish with a neutral rinse that fights re-soiling, and we know the common mistakes to avoid like over-wetting, using too much soap, scrubbing wool, or rubbing stains until the fibres fray.
You get straight pricing, clear communication, and people who show up on time and treat your place with care. We use child safe and pet safe solutions on request, move light furniture, protect corners and baseboards, and we come back if a spot returns.
Our services cover routine maintenance carpet cleaning to pull out grit that cuts fibres, professional steam carpet cleaning to reset matted traffic lanes, targeted stain removal for coffee and wine, pet urine treatment that removes odour at the source, and carpet protector that helps spills bead up. Cleaning every six to twelve months in busy or pet homes and every twelve to eighteen months otherwise keeps warranties valid, improves indoor air quality, and avoids common mistakes like too much soap or overwetting that cause wicking, mildew odours, rapid resoiling, and even backing damage from rental machines.
